It is a supplement containing conjugated linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid obtained from the safflower flower.
*Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is obtained from Tonalin brand safflower oil. 1300 mg of safflower oil provides 1014 mg of CLA.

Usage Recommendations
For adults, one or two (1-2) capsules daily, preferably at mealtime. Take with plenty of water.
