Engilen is a herbal supplement containing Turmeric, Artichoke and Milk Thistle extracts in each capsule. There are 30 capsules in a box. Engilen does not interact with foods. Thus, 1-2 capsules can be used daily on an empty or full stomach. Engilen is in hard capsule form. Thus, the content can be used by mixing with foods such as yogurt and fruit puree.
Recommended Daily Intake Dose
It is recommended for adults aged 11 years and over to consume 1 or 2 capsules per day.
