Passiflora Extract (Passiflora incarnata) (Above Ground) 30 mg
Hops Extract (Humulus lupulus) (Strobil) 10 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1 mg

Other Contents
Capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, gum arabic), maltodextrin, rice hulls, rice bran extract, sunflower oil.

Usage Recommendations
One or two (1-2) capsules per day for adults aged 11 years and over, half an hour before bedtime. Take with plenty of water.
